Transfier este un triatlon 70.3 desfășurat pe Transfăgărășan, considerat unul dintre cele mai dure din lume: înot în lacul Vidraru, urșcuș cu bicicleta pe șoseaua de munte și alergare, cu final pe cele 390 de trepte. Zona de tranziție este la Valea cu Pești.
