The race
Maraton Piatra Craiului sets out from Zărnești, in Brașov county, and heads straight into one of Romania's most striking mountain ranges — a long, narrow limestone crest that defines every horizon of the course.
Choose the distance that fits your mountain legs: a 19 km route for a strong day on the trail, or the full 50 km for runners ready to take on the high terrain of the massif. Course details are carried over from previous editions and may be updated — subscribe to catch the official confirmation.
