A hill-climb time trial from Boldești-Scăeni up to Crama Seciu, in the Dealu Mare wine country. There is no tactic, no wheel to sit on and nowhere to hide — just watts per kilo against 170 metres of climbing.

The race
A hill climb, against the clock
Riders set off individually and are timed over a single 3 km ascent. The finish is at Crama Seciu, a winery on the Dealu Mare “wine road”, three kilometres above the start in Boldești-Scăeni.
The 2026 edition carries the national hill-climb time-trial title for FRC-licensed riders, and runs a parallel open classification for riders without a licence.

Seciu Mon Amour SufferFest este o cură de contratimp individual în cățarare organizată de ACS RoadGrandTour la Boldеști-Scăeni, jud. Prahova, și găzduiește Campionatul Național de Contratimp în cățarare 2026. Startul se dă în orașul Boldеști-Scăeni, iar sosirea este la Crama Seciu, 3 km mai târziu.
Traseu
- 3 km, 190 m diferență de nivel, pantă medie 7% (calculată doar pe porțiunile în urcare, fără coborârea de la mijlocul traseului).
- Recordul urcării este de 6 minute și 49 de secunde, stabilit de Lupaș Pavel în 1996. Cei mai buni cicliști parcurg traseul în 7-8 minute.
- Este o cursă în care contează raportul watt/kilogram.
- Traseul este publicat pe Strava și pe Garmin Connect.

Premii
- În bani: locul 1 — 600 lei, locul 2 — 400 lei, locul 3 — 200 lei, pentru fiecare dintre cele patru clasamente (Campionat Național masculin și feminin, RoadGrandTour masculin și feminin).
- Premii speciale: cea mai mare putere medie normalizată (verificată prin Garmin Connect sau Strava), cel mai mare raport watt/kilogram (organizatorii aduc cântarul) și cel mai amuzant costum, decis de intensitatea aplauzelor de pe podium.
- Se acordă titlul de Campion Național pentru categoriile licențiate FRC și titlul de Cel Mai Puternic Cățărător RoadGrandTour pentru cele nelicențiate.

Bun de știut
- Lista de start va fi comunicată pe 3 octombrie 2026.
- Kiturile se pot ridica în trei zile și trei locații: joi la București, vineri la Ploiești și sâmbătă dimineața la Boldеști-Scăeni.
- Sosirea este la Crama Seciu, reper turistic din zona viticolă a Dealurilor Prahovei, pe „Drumul Vinului" din podgoria Dealu Mare.
