Now in its 7th edition, Trail la Cabană brings the community of Comuna Ciurea together for a day of running through the forest around Cabana Coada Stâncii — a 21 km semimarathon, an 11 km cross, a popular race and a kids race, with age and gender categories for everyone.

Organised by Primăria Comunei Ciurea near Iași, Trail la Cabană is a true community event — seven editions of neighbours, families and runners from across the country gathering in the woods around Cabana Coada Stâncii.
Whether you race the 21 km semimarathon, take on the 11 km cross, jog the popular race or cheer on the little ones in the kids race, there is a start line for every level. Age and gender categories keep the competition fair and friendly.

About the event
Ediția a IX-a a Trail La Cabană (#TLC) — o zi de alergare în pădurile din Slobozia, comuna Ciurea (Iași), cu start și finish la Rezervorul de apă. Patru probe, trasee marcate, cronometrare electronică și premii în bani.
Trasee
- 21 K Semimaraton — start 10:00, limită 3h30. Trece prin Izvorul Sloboziei, Poiana cu Cetate, Poiana cu Schit, Cabana Bârnova și Canton Dobrovăț.
- 11 K Cros — start 10:15, limită 2h. Izvorul Sloboziei, Poiana cu Cetate, Canton Dobrovăț.
- 3 K Cros Popular — start 10:25, limită 1h. Bucla scurtă din jurul zonei de start.
- Cursa Copiilor — start 10:35, categorii 7-9, 10-12 și 13-15 ani. Gratuită; cele 100 de locuri s-au ocupat.

- Probele de adulți sunt pentru 16+ ani, cu clasament OPEN și pe categorii de vârstă.
Bun de știut
- 7 puncte de hidratare și alimentare; se recomandă recipient reutilizabil — zona este în proximitatea unui sit Natura 2000.
- Kit: joi 17.09 (17:00-20:00) și vineri 18.09 (15:00-19:00) la Facultatea de Inginerie Electrică din Iași; sâmbătă 08:00-09:00 la start, doar pentru cei din afara Iașiului.
- Premii în bani: 21K OPEN 1000/800/600 lei, 11K OPEN 600/500/400 lei, plus premii pe categorii de vârstă.
